Liability Waiver

1. Acknowledgment of Risk

Travel involves inherent risks including, but not limited to, hazards of transportation, forces of nature, political unrest, illness, accident, and acts of terrorism. By engaging Alpenglow Travel to arrange your travel, you acknowledge that you are aware of these risks and voluntarily assume them.

2. Release of Liability

Alpenglow Travel, its owners, employees, and independent contractor advisors act solely as agents for the travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, ground transportation providers, etc.) and are not liable for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity that may be caused by the deficiencies of any vehicle, equipment, or facility, or the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in providing services included in your travel arrangements.

3. Supplier Responsibility

The travel suppliers providing transportation, accommodations, activities, and other services are independent contractors and are not agents, employees, or servants of Alpenglow Travel. All tickets, receipts, and vouchers are issued subject to the terms and conditions specified by each supplier.

4. Limitation of Damages

In no event shall Alpenglow Travel be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your travel arrangements or the use of our services.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alpenglow Travel, its owners, employees, and advisors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your travel or your breach of these terms.

6. Governing Law

This waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable state and federal laws. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
